Is a change of tone or style a revision?

No. For scripts under 750 words you can ask for up to three complete recordings to get the read right. After that, further full recordings are 50% of the booking, or the revision rate for individual lines. For scripts of 750 words or more, a 50% re-record fee applies once the first full recording has been delivered.

What if it's been more than 30 days since the booking?

Then it's treated as a new booking. You only pay for the small parts you need adjusted.

Will the voice actor send the whole recording again?

Usually they edit the new sentences into the recording they already sent you. Some send just the new sections so you can drop them in yourself. Ask on the job page if you'd like it one way or the other.
