What is the Voice Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you book a voice actor without auditioning them first, your script is under 300 words, and they are not the right voice after the first recording, you can choose another voice and the same script is recorded again.

Is the first voice actor paid?

No. The first recording counts as the audition, the same free audition that voice actor would have sent if you had posted a casting, so they are not paid for it.

How long do I have to ask for another voice?

Tell us within seven days of paying, and before a second recording has arrived.

Which bookings does the guarantee cover?

Scripts under 300 words where you had not auditioned that voice actor before booking. QUICKcast bookings are not covered.

Do I need to sign anything?

Yes, a short document confirming that the first recording and any copies are deleted and will never be used.
